> P800-P900: Adaptor different voltage?
Bookmark topic
Just upgraded from P800 to P900. Noticed that the P900 has a slightly different voltage printed on the adaptor: 4.9V against 5.1V on P800. However, the type of the adaptor is the same, CST-13.
I have one adaptor left over from my old P800 at the office, so I'd like to use that one for occasional charging at work.
Is this voltage difference (0.2V) damaging to the phone?
An "expert" answer would be appreciated, as I don't want to screw up my expensive beloved toy

The charger is fine for both phones as the difference is neglegable, you may notice that one will charge a little faster, my guess the 800 with the 5.1v. At the end of the day you shouldnt notice the difference, I use the charager from my HBH-35 with the p900 and my T610 and the T68i and etc.
Btw I have an electronics qualification so you can trust me, lol.
Not that I am bragging. ahem

There is really no prob. Change in (theoreticall) output voltage may happen because se changed the charger's supplier (no, chargers are not made by se) and the quality of the components differs.
