Can someone expain how to flash on line for the SP laymen to understand? It seems that the SE SP buys are too dependent on the complete online update that they can't do anything when that function is out temporarily.
Many thanks and glad to hear that many of us are already enjoying the new SW^^

This is from the "T68m upgrade reports"-topic:
Open EMMA II, choose online, click on GSM and the flash screen will appear. Conect a T68m and start flashing it as normal, after a few seconds a drop down menu appears for you to choose which country software you would like to load, scrol down this menu till you get to some software called T68m mms EU2 (or the varient you need) highlight your choose and click ok. You will then get a screen pop up asking if you want to download this unsaved software, click on download. this then saves the software to your local EMMA II file and then flashes the software into your phone!
Hope that helps!

When online, click "GSM" for the online flash window. Connect the T68m phone and start the flashing, when the popup window appears with the software selection, select the appropriate language version of the "T68 MMS" software. When asked if you want to download the software answer yes (note that there are quite much to download!), after the download finish the phone is upgraded, to complete the upgrade you must power off the phone (a message of this will appear when this should be done). Once the first upgrade is finished the software is saved locally on the computer and can no be found when doing offline upgrades.

Johanch and Cytech,
Thanks for the tip!!!. Had I know that earlier today, I wouldn't be wasting my lunch break today at the SP.
There is some sort of reference manual on the EMMA II server, but I guess the guys at the SP would be very reluctant to read it.
Have a great day!

you can't update it yourself... go to your local servicepoint...
