Everytime i play midis and polis in the t300 se, they sound very low, and when it's inside my pocket I can't even hear it; i have to put vibrator, because if not, i would not know that someone is calling me.

I was quite impressed with the T300s polys but some tones are louder than others. Try finding a more suitable ringtone.
As for vibrate, so what? I have EVERY phone set to vibrate no matter what.

Hahaha, yeah man obviously haha. Well anyone has some loud poly ringtones and could send them to me by e-mail so i could dl them to my t300 by ir or something, so then I could check if it's my t300's fault?
