I remember there being a thread about this before (I cant find it for all I search) but as I remember it was a reply from SE saying that the difference was that the HCA-20 had the ability for advanced music mute.
If you want a HCA-10 SIOcommunications do the best deal I could find, (£35ish) and I got the HCC-20 and HBH-37 from amazon (£25.98). Also I bought a dashmount (dashmount.co.uk) from caraudioalarms.com (£20 inc postage £5 less than dashmount.co.uk)
That should get you running nice and smoothly for cheap.
EDIT: And now i'm worried with what Stan has writtten (I havent fitted my kit yet, and I know stans in the business, I'm sure I checked that it was compatible?) am I really that wrong Stan?

"Please Note: HCA-10 or HCA-20 maybe supplied, both are the same and fully compatible with all Sony Ericsson Handsets."

ooopppssss sorry have just rechecked my sources, apparently the only difference is that the HCA-10 is supplied ready to use with Ericsson T-28/ T28z/ T28-world/ T39/ T-39 Cellular phone models.
This unit can also be used with the T68 or T68i with the addition of the HCC-30 system Cable and the HCH-30 phone holder.
This also goes for the T6** & P*** etc etc as long as you purchase the HCC-30 Cable and relavant cradle.
I have had the same HCC-30 cable for all my SE phones (T68, T68i, T300, T610 and P900) all I did was to swap the cradle each time!
Appoligies for the slightly wrong info
