Can anyone tell me if the T630 on O2 pay and go comes with any network branding and if it is locked to O2

Yep, you get the huge o2 screensaver and the o2 icon on the desktop. Theres no external branding though, so if you get the phone flashed with a non-branded firmware you'd be good to go.
