guess i am the only 1 facing the problem.
anyway i got it solved.

just for those who might face the same problem in the future

1. Go into the Windows CONTROL PANEL and select INTERNET OPTIONS.
2. Go to the PROGRAM tab.
3. Check if for Contacts, Calendar and E-mail the correct PIM (Outlook) is selected.
4. If not, set up for Contacts, Calendar and E-mail "Outlook".
It is very important that for Calendar synchronization Outlook is set as E-Mail-Client!

Check also the calendar sync. settings of PC Suite.
If "synchronize all dates" is activated, the problem may also be a too large Outlook calendar data base.
In this case, activate for calendar sync.: "Sync. only future dates" or set up a time frame

Just had a warning on the sw when doing a sync, but left it and it got on with it!
done all 1,400 contacts etc...
But thanx for the post as it looks better without the error coming up!

Cheers.

Yep it is possible.
Infrered works, but I haven't tried Bluetooth on the P900.
I don't own a P900 so can't test these options unless I'm asked to do it at work!
I would like to know if its possible to transfer contacts just by taking a duo card out of one phone and sticking in another and copy it to say the phone memory?

I have a bigger problem, see this post:

I think I saw something about FTP on the P9 ! now that would be interesting to check out! Lets say if I wanted to update a webpage for someone! or just a quick edit on my site when I was out! That would be cool!
