I'm not shure that kind of program exists.
You can download objects to the T68i by a few ways:
From a computer to the phone via:
Cable - (If you use
www.christersson.org Send file (I'm not shure if it works with the T68i)
IrDA - You turn on the phone's infrared port and align it to you laptops infrared port. After a short while there shoul be a sound, and an icon appears in the system tray beside the clock. There is also an icon called Wireless link that appears on the desktop. Simply drag the picture or theme you want to send over the icon and drop it. A windows should appear on the phone's display for you to confirm that you want to recieve the file in the phone's memory.
Bluetooth - Done in different ways according to your Bluetooth card manufacturer. In my Nokia Bluetooth card's properties I open the profiles for my phone, and drag and drop the item on the Remote Inbox folder. A confirmation dialog appears just like in IrDA.
You can also download objects via WAP but in that case your WAP gateway must support download of large files.
I hope this helps.

As i know you can just controll one of the LEDS (the green one), not both, and you can controll the backround light and vibration as you said
