hi! my friends fone was working ok this morning but he turned off the phone for charging. After recharging it he turned it on and fone says to enter a super key wht can b the prob can it b fixed how plz help

It means he has put another network sim card in it and it needs unlockin! A new superkey is generated everytime he turns his fone off and on again. Tmobile's database generates a unlock code when a superkey is entered! Costs 15gpb and he needs to call cust services. Walrus :-)
