I know there is an application that gives a larger keyboard on p900. Trouble is another keyboard layout would be a pain as I already use qwerty and azerty.
is there an app that does the same but is qwerty layout ???

It has lots of different keyboard templates including full-screen qwerty & mini-qwerty.

There are 2 options:
-pop on top keyboard
-seethru keyboard
both have qwerty and are available at my-symbian.
the first one fills the whole screen while the second one also fills the whole screen but it is transparent.
