I recently bought a T310, so i tried to go on WAP and download some new ringtones. the sites say its compatible with T310, but when i download them with my phone it says "PAGE TOO LARGE TO SEND BACK" My service provider dosent limit the size because i download perfectly off the sony ericsson site.. and wallpapers, and i have loads of free space in my phone

That's cuz that site is not optimized for phones with low-size cache like urs (other phones have bigger cache-it's a temporary memory-spot where ur phone uploads the page u r trying to visit). What u can do is to try another wap-page and if u have all the correct settings it'll work.

Well, it works if i download stuff off of this site called "mophone" (www.mophone.com on pc). I tried clearing my cache, my cookies, and it still says "too large to send back" when ever i go download ringtones on sites other than mophone

You may have to use a different public WAP gateway.
You enter that as the IP address under WAP profile.

Yes it is possible to set up your own WAP gateway on your computer.

As per the phone, I have a T300 which would receive the "page too large" error using one network, but no error with a different network, both accessing the same banking site. So I have to disagree that it MUST be the phone being the source of his problem.
