to date i have found no eq software for the P900. you could try getting a headset with built in eq. as for must have apps... Tracker 4 is a must. if you don't know, it's a desktop application, so when you open the flip your phone appears more like a PC screen or pocket PC. there are tons of different skins for it and lots of them are free. try mobile9.com. Sman is a task manager and file manager that is also a must. Keymapper is a great app that i use all the time. with it you can assign different tasks to the P900 's buttons like the internet and jogdial buttons. tracker also has this capability, but with keymapper you have alot more options. here's how i have mine set up... 1. flip closed. camera button: default. hold in cam button: connections aka bluetooth. internet: messages. hold in internet: calendar. 2. flip open. camera:default. hold camera: photofusion( digital zoom). internet: close app. hold internet: unreal player. hold jogdial toward: Sman. you can also assign the power button, and jogdial away, held in or not.
Smartmovie is best for a video viewer. Unreal player plays mp3s and ogg files. it has no eq, but you can make playlists and control it with flipclsed. As for games, try out goboy and doom. on goboy play mario golf, tetris, and zelda.

i was so impressed with the capabilities(eventhough i havent seen all of them) of p900,so i thought there would(and should) be an equalizer for that phone,i think that is sensible...
by the way thanks for all recommendations...

PowerMP3 as suggested above is quite a nice app http://www.handango.com/Platf[....]&N=7&productId=161636&R=161636 you can download a trial version - the limitation seems to be that you can only put 3 songs in a playlist - but you can change them as often as you like...

Worth a try.

power mp3 is an excellent software. As mentioned the trial version only supports a 3 item playlist but the equalizer is excellent This message was posted from a Nokia

Yes, the best MP3 player for UIQ is definitely PowerMP3. Try it out, play with the 10 band graphics EQ and you will not be disappointed

errr.....well i have the cracked version if u want......i can mail it to u guys....mail me friends_1137@hotmail.com....il mail it when i have the time.theres a crack file that u have to paste in the installed folder adn presto u have the full vesion then...although power mp3 is damn good.....the entire phone runs very slow when a song is playing...1 more + side abt this player is that it plays ogg files too....so u can have tons of high quality songs even on a 512.
