I remember first getting my p900 and updating the firmware, it took minutes from what I recall. Last night I attempted to install the latest version but after verifying the CDA,etc, it got stuck on the "Please wait" page. I read somewhere that it may take 80 minutes?? I have cable connection. I gave up after 2 tries.

Any suggestions?

takes me about 20 mins on adsl and about 1 1/2 hours on dialup

First it has to download something and how long that takes depends on your internet connection - I have ADSL and it took me about a min. The update itself takes 20min. I think it said that with dial up connection it should take 55min. Never tried it though.
