Can some one explain the pixel equation to me!
VGA camera is 640 X 480 pixels, what does that mean?
If it's to do with size, how would it fit on the screen at 128 X 160?
Confused

1 pixel = 1 . (dot) So for example, the letter T maybe 6 pixels wide and 10 pixles in height.
Some phones resize the picture to fit on the screen

Pixel stands for picture element - a smallest single-coloured square on the pic. If you try to fit the picture that has many pixels on small screen, you need to interpolate: that is, choose the colors for screen pixels to make it close to original pic

1: vga stands for video graphics adapter. The first ond where at 640x480 resolution. When whe say vga camera whe mean 640x480 resolution camera. 2: Phones, pc's and the like crop automaticaly images to fit screen.
