It all started about a month ago when I found out this.. If while you are listening to a midi file in "my sounds" you recive an sms, your phone freezes! (Actually after you reply to the message)
It only happened once before yesterday and I didn't pay much attention.. Yesterday though I was listening to amr files(see topic about AMR format true music files) and recived an sms.. So after trying it lots of times (by sending messages with other phones to my phone) I came to the conclusion that if your are listening to anything in "my sounds" and recive an sms your phone freezes after your reply to the message.. until you remove the batery cover!

this sounds very much like the bug that the T610 had in its first firmware, R1A018. Have you checked what firmware you have?
