> Landscape Web Browser for P900

Just wondering if anyone has come across a web browser for the P900 that allows you to view the pages in landscape mode. I have searched the internet but don't seem to be able to find one.
Surely this is a piece of software that many people would like to own, so if there isn't one yet, then come on all you developers, please write one for us sooner rather than later.

i believe the problem is the operating system simply doesn't allow text to be rendered in that direction.
any solutions would be pretty dirty and hard to implement

Correct - UIQ 2 only renders graphics in landscape mode, not text.

Thanks guys for clearing that up. I can stop searching now, and just hope that landscape browsing is a standard feature on the next SE handset.

the next SE handset (the smart phone anyway) wont use the UIQ platform the latest nokia taco offering with UIQ is a lanscape based handset. so you can use it for HTML browsing in the landscape format and the thing will have TV playback but thats probably not going to be released for some time plus the handset looks huge!
