> Network locked t300

I got hold off a t300 but i think the phone has been locked buy the network provider (no it is not stolen! A friend never paid there bill and it got blocked).
I want to know is it possible to unlocked it (network subset is locked) and if i did unlock it would it still be unusable due to it being locked by the network (blacklisted i think).
if that is the case then its pretty much useless (unless i change the ime no. which i wont cos its illegal)!

wel, if it is not stolen, then it shouldnt be black listed either.. you can unlock it by an T28s cable and sonyericsson unlock client... you need to pay anyway
