> P800 dosent read my sim card !

Hey guys pls help mee, whenever I go to contacts and click sim, says readin frm sim, it keeps blinking readin......readin...............I wait till 10 mins nothin, still readin !!!! My sim card has a capacity of storing 200 contacts, they all are full, Pls help I have to get important contacts frm my sim, any way I have a spare fone can check contacts on dat too but pls help !!!

strange, can u make phone calls and everything ok ?
maybe the sim card is scratched ... can u try another sim card in your phone....
last option is to go to the shops and request another sim card, i did that a few times ...

Yaa i can make fone calls and everythin, my sim is pefect, whenever i recieve a call/sms frm a contact in my sim (not my fone) i get the id too, reall strange man, cant figure out !!!

Make sure restrcited/fixed dialling is not activated (pin2 code). If not use an eraser to gently clean the sim and contacts on the phone.

Although when my sim was not full it used to read it, but its full, now. My pin 2 code is blocked (entered rong pin too many times) but still my 9210i reads as well as other fones doo !!!

Ring ur network to unlock the pin2 code. See if that is the cause. P8 may read sim differently, or you blocked the sim/activated the lock with the sim in that handset

I encountered the problem with sim contacts when my friend inserted his sim and wanted to call someone. My r520 was reading it forever. Then next time after restart it was okay.
