Hey.
Im currently with Orange UK PAYG, and am a moderate GPRS user (over the past week or so days I have used 1.2MB Sent and 3.3MB Recieved - but i think thats just cos its the first few days I have had my new 7600, and have been getting alot of games etc.

)
As you can imagine, that has cost me a bomb. Luckily i got given £12 free GPRS usage from Orange when i first set up my GPRS, but now that has run out it is eating into my credit badly.
So basically, I'm asking if anyone knows of a cheaper
PAYG GPRS option? I don't mind switching networks if I need to.
Thanks.

Is that this.....
http://shop.o2.co.uk/cgi-bin/[....]sp?prodID=consumer:O2:TALKALOT
...?
Because it says no GPRS MB included :-S
But that confused me, cos when i searched these forums, lots of people were talking about free GPRS on O2 PAYG.
---Edit---
Also, does the free GPRS require the £10/month minimum topup? Or do you just get it free regardless?

Tesco (who are offering a service through O2) also don't charge for GPRS. I had to phone up for the settings (which they happily gave me) and I've yet to pay a penny for GPRS (about 30MB now).

Does it have to be specifically an O2 'Online' sim? or is it just the ones that have the 300txts per month free based on £10 month topup?
Its just on the o2 site they are like £9.99, but there are loads of the 300free text ones going for like £1-5 on ebay.

Heh, thought so, I just wanted to be sure

.
So any estimate as to how much longer GPRS will be free on o2? I've been searching the forums, and it appears that O2 have been saying they are going to stop it, and then havent...I hope they keep it like this for a while
