It definately eats battery, I've noticed it using 1MB of RAM just to sit there with no icons, handling no buttons etc.

Another problem I've found is that if u use it to lock your screen but also have flip-off auto-keylock activated, the screen gets locked twice & u can't unlock it at all! The two locks prevent u from unlocking the other!

Mine uses 164K RAM and it controls all my keys (that is the ones it's capable of controling) and closes my apps when I close the flip. It doesn't lock my screen though. It doesn't drain my battery any more than Handy Day + Sman combo.

guess you should try. If Tracker works as it should you can choose which ever you prefer, but some users seem to have a lot of battery problems when using tracker. I guess they'll choose Handy day over Tracker since Px00 battery isn't that good anyway.

It seems to use less RAM when it first starts up but the more things you make it do the more it consumes. By that I don't mean make it keep doing things just basically trying stuff out. I installed it just to test it out and after a few minutes tried it's compress memory feature. It did it and told me I had about 5.5MB left! This is much lower than usual so I checked it with SMan and it was true, even SMan couldn't reclaim the RAM unless I shut Tracker down.
I restarted the phone and performed the experiment again with the same result, down to 5.5-5.8MB. I then close Tracker down and compress RAM with SMan and it goes back up to almost 7.0MB

I just look that up in Taskman. That's what it tells you right? How much RAM sertain app needs. And it never says more than 160k for Tracker. But it's true when you use your phone a lot the amount of free Ram falls, I've noticed that hapening with or without Tracker installed.
