The worst nightmare happened to me, my P900 slipped from my sweaty hands, fell flat on its face and now the whole screen is shattered. The phone itself still works (I starts up, vibrates, plays jingle, can enter pin (through the keyboard) and will connect to network) but it just will just show some garbled lines and the screen is cracked in 3 lines.

Anyone knows how much to replace it? 200 or 300 euros? Or will it be less? If >300, I'll drop the deal, then I better buy a new one

Ok, went to the repair shop, they said it would cost around 70 euros for the P900 replacement screen, and probably between 60-100 euros for labor

So at least it's sub-200 euros, I'm relieved!

I broke the screen on my P8 a few months ago, phoned SE support who put me in touch with a third party company here in UK. They took forever to do it and it was around £180 englishy pounds plus registered postage to get there. Complete rip off..... AND they formatted my disks so I lost everything (hadn't done a full back up in a couple of months) all in all a very sad affair.

1. Do backups at least weekly.
2. Don't use the company suggested by SE UK.
3. Don't break your screen, you Doink

I paid £101 this screen for my p900 was replaced by celestica, only problem was that I had to wait 7 weeks! for my phone to come back.

I also have a link to a USA based firm, where you can order the screen yourself, their price is $ 149.99.

I smashed my screen a couple of months back it was in my back pocket and found a replacement off Ebay for £90.00 brand new and fitted it myself... it was so easy to do.... you just have to be a bit carefull when your pulling it apart .... i wouldn't pay those silly labour prices when you can do it yourself.

although I'm good with all this tech wiz & fixing stuff, I won't do it myself or my 1 year warranty will be void. After 1 year, then I'd do it myself
