According to last stats of 2003 SE has 5,1% of the Global Market of Mobiles, wich represnts a growth facing 2002 year, where SE had about 4,4% of the Market!
The great "crash" of 2003 was to Nokia his Global share decreased from 36,5% (2002) to 34,7!!!
Letīs see what will happen on future with the battle of 3G Mobiles!!

3 - Samsung (10.5%)
4 - Siemens (8.4%)
5 - SE (5.1%)

I think itīs not an shame... Nokia has a strong branding an large tradition and a lot really a lot of customers that are really faithful on the other hand SE is quite new, instead being the fusion of Ericsson and Sony. The analysts says that the relutance of Nokia on 3G and their slow changing on design of mobiles (specially shell type-this year the great winner on this chapter was LG) could contribute to a real dump and a new structure on market... perhaps in 3-5 years SE could get the 2nd place...
Letīs see...

I think Sony Ericsson would have a much larger market share if it could meet its demand.
