Lots of stuff can be downloaded to a PC via an ordinary web-browser, as well as via wap (to the phone, normally).

Are you really sure that you need a wap-browser?

Oh no, stay away from winwap. I installed a trial version and when i unistalled it it didn't clean the registry properly (had to manually remove its association with text/vnd.wap.wml).

Use Opera, FireFox (with the WAP extension) or a web-based emulator like Wapsilon (http://www.wapsilon.com)

Jezzaj is 100% right. Opera rocks as a wap browser. Smooth and fast.
