It reboot when I try to install some app. After reboot it continue again. Is this normal?

I found 1 game that caused this to happen but it didn't continue the installation when it restarted.
The game hadn't fully installed & so didn't work so I tried to start the installation again, ''it said xxxx is already partially installed, continue?"
It then finished the installation & the game worked normally.
