floAt's Mobile Agent (fMA) and
M2XDAM Phone Manager. They are two excellent mobile phone manager applications.
I haven't tried/used either Oxygen for Nokia or Data Exchange Software for Siemens, so I might be quite far out...

We don't plan to support direct synchronization for non-Symbian SonyEricsson phones, however, Oxygen Phone Manager II can synchronize the phonebook with MS Outlook, Lotus Notes and MS Excel, Windows Address Book and import data to .RTF, .HTML , .XML and plain-text format. I.e., there could be some data transfer between Nokia and SonyEricsson phones.
We support SonyEricsson P800 and P900 and, also, Siemens SX1 data synchronization in Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones (
