Welcome to ESATO
Go to control panel> text input>Alternative(tab)> select virtual key board from the drop down list. Ezi tap changes this to a different one and hence you are not able to find it after un installing it. Hope this helps

Ops, I think to have done a damage .... I used your suggestion (Service menu), but while using master reset I had the Italian Language, now I'm not able to have it and I can select only English. And then, I can't export the language on server because my software version is newer than the language (R5 and the language sis is R4)...
What can I do now ?
