i am wanting to know if i bought a infared port for my computer would i be able to use it instead of buying two seperate cables (one for my pictures and one for using my t68 as a modem for my pc)
would this do the same job as having the two cables

You don't need two cabels, one cable can do the same job, T68 suports both the COM Cable and the USB Cable, and both cabel's suport sending items to the phone, and using the phone as a modem
You can also use a infrared port to do this, no problem, and you can also get a Bluetooth adapter for you computer to do both things!
