i am currently in wolverhampton. i am with the cpw o2. i am wondering where would be the best place to upgrade my firmware. either in a cpw repair centre or in the service centre in brirmingham. how long do either take.

I would say if cpw is authorised by

to do so then take it. Otherwise to birhingam.

And it hardly takes 1/2 hr. Cheers!

thanks for that. i think i may just go to the cpw. i might mess it up by doing it myself at home.

best solution is an official se place. should go something wrong, let them blame instead of yourself. you can find the nearest service on the se site. good luck

today i went into birmingham. i went into the cpw repair place. they made me feel like a fool upgrading my software for no apparent reason. and then on top of that i have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up. such bad service.
