I know this is mentioned in a few places but im not that computer literate and don't understand too much of the jargon.... but i've installed pc suite on my pc, The pic of p900 is on desk top sometimes it connects other times it doesn't when i click on it - i am trying to download some music files from my pc and onto my p900, two common errors are Mrouter runtime error & Fatal exception with a load of numbers..... when i do click on the phone if it decides to work it shows a pic of the memory card next to the p900 but if i double click that it opens another seperate window which is exactly the same? my mate has the same phone and his works ok?? please help asap

Try stopping your firewall before plugging in phone on cradle.

dont know if this'll help, but give it a try...
...a few days ago i posted about the same problem (PC wasnt recognising my phone conection).
i uninstalled Norton 2004 (which i had installed only days ago), then it worked fine.
ive now re-installed it, and it works fine!!
just remember to allow the right program to connect to the internet when choosing firewall / antivirus settings.
hope this helps, as i was mighty upset when i thought my phone and/or cradle had broken!!!
