So I figured I'd try and use the task manager. So I put in a bunch of tasks.
Then later on, I tried to bring up tasks and got the error:
Program Closed
Reason code Agenda Model
Reason number 9
I tried turning off and on the phone but no luck - I still get the error.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Paul T
(this phone has great hardware but the worst software

One additional bit of information:
- The tasks and whatever file they come from still seem to be largely intact - when I'm using HandyDay, I can see the tasks. However, when I click on one to bring it up, I get the error as listed in the original post.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Paul T

Any "guru's" want to make a suggestion? Do I just give up on tasks forever?

I have the same problem.
Have you sorted it out yet and if so how did you resolve it.

I'm not sure if I can be considered a 'guru' or not, but I will give you what advice I can. After doing a brief search I managed to find a couple of link which I think might be helpful to you and after reading the first one (http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=47897#post633487) I would have to venture the theory that the problem you are having sounds like a memory issue; if you haven't already done so I would advise you to install SMan and use it to close down all unnecessary applications so that you have more memory available.
You might want to take a look at this post (http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=41717#post561512), which raises the idea that you may very well be causing the crash yourself by trying to access tasks too quickly.
I hope that this has been helpful to you.

OK. So for lack of any better advice, I was going to try and find the file that contains the tasks and delete it. Then maybe/hopoefully it will get recreated when I furn task manager and all will be good. I know there may some risks in this but I don't seem to have any alternative.
So I was going to look for files like *task* and see what turned up. But I can't seem to find a command to seach the file system for a given file name? Can anyone help on this? I tried SMAN and P900 File manager but nothing was apparent.
THANKS,
Paul T

hmmm very strange, I got the same message when I try to sync with outlook....first I though that the reason might be that I am using Aqua calender as my favorite calender, instead of the build-in calender, but now it seems that you guys also have the same prob (however I do not know if any of you are using Aqua)....
When I got some time (even though I do not think so) I think I will try to uninstall Aqua calender and see if this will solve the prob.....
The reason for why I thought it might be Aqua calender is that the phone says something about "Agenda Model"...so I thought well that might be because the Agenda (Aqua calender) makes some sort of conflict....but it seems not to be the case as U alo got the error....
Further to that I have previously used handy day and that was working perfect.......
But if you guys find any reason for the prob...PLEASE let us know...PLEASE....PRETTY PLEASE....
