My t630 makes a lot of creaking sounds so I took it to a servicecenter and they changed the back-cover. That didn't help at all. I went to a Vodafone store to check other T630 and they weren't like mine and salesmen said to me that it's obvious a productionmistake so I should get this phone replaced with a new one. But when I went to the store where I purchased the phone they gave me the explanation that all phones are made like that.

"The cover is a bit loose so it can take more damage"', that's why it make those creaking noises"

This is the explanation he gave me and I don't believe it. Anyone else with a t630 with loose covers that make creaking noises?

Well I wouldn't worry about it too much. All phones creak to some extent, just try and squeeze some nokia phones!

The T610/T630 phones tend to creak more after a month or two of use. My back cover is looser than before. Also, I tried the Siemen SX1 phone which had a really loose back cover!

So long as the cover doesn't fall off, should be ok.

Yes, this would be the way SE had designed the back cover.

Many sources have revelaed the fact that customers have complained about these creeky noises especially on SE T models.

When SE introduced the P900, they took into account the customer compliants so no creeky noises with P900 phones.

All back-panel kinda phones have this squiky problem. What u can do is put a polyuretanic foam with adeshive on one side and apply it on the battery thus creating a surface to keep the panel fixed.I have one from the factory on my T610 and it works. If the small part u put is not enough, just put some more on a bigger surface and it'll work for sure.

Adeshive is glue (the substance that sticks) and the polyurethanic foam is industrial foam, the one used in sealing the door against wind-draft. Also known as sponge. Try a dictionary if i can't make myself understood
