> HELP!!! apps icon missing!!!

Hello evrybody, I will try to explain my problem as good as possible.
Yesterday i installed magic themes again and rebooted my p8. After starting up again I noticed that all the inbuild apps were gone (except the viewer and some 3d party apps iīve installed at the c drive and the apps at my MSD) So I was not able to access my messages and calender etc. Also the shortcut icons at the top of the screen were gone.
Even the icon with the four dots that takes you back to the applicationlist.
Than I accidentally set a shortcut for the viewer at the most right place of the shortcuts (normally this is not possible because here is the icon with the four dots that takes you back to the applicationlist)
After turning on and off the phone and removing the battery a couple of times suddenly out of the blue these in build apps were back again.
So at first I was happy but when I took another look at my p8 I saw that the viewer shortcut was still in the place of the normal icon with the four dots. So right now itīs very hard for me to return back to the applications list.
Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this?? And please donīt say I should do a master reset because I really donīt want to ( my backup is a bit old)
Maybe I just should feel blessed because I can custmize allthe six icons on top of the screen, but I donīt feel blessed.
Please HELP.
