welcome. flick through the manual, and make sure you get to know the full capabilities of what you can do. use esato search for 'videos' 'mp4' and things you want to find out. its all here

Well, copy the phonebook from sim to phone, set the main profile like sms alert, ringtone, choose one of the available themes, set the contrast, play with the camera, etc etc etc etc
