-U know how to do it,
-U think it's easy,
-U think everyone else already knows it,

I wasn't having a go at u, just seemed a strange post.
I reckon anyone who doesn't know would post the question anyway.
This place would get a bit swamped if everyone just posts random pieces of info, useful though it is, it's just more efficient to answer peoples questions instead of pre-empting them

Its fairly simple
But u will need to download an app.
1. Download DESKTOP from
www.epocware.com
2. Then Install the app.
3. Once the app is installed, u will have a file called applications on the app list. Go to preferences
4. Replace the message Icon with the Icon you would like to have in
the place of the applications shortcut.
5. Now replace ure new icon which has been put in the messages
place, with the new app called applications.
* Since whenever u replace an existing shortcut with another, they switch places, the same should work and the icon should switch with the apps.
6. Now replace the apps icon [which is now in the messages spot]
with the messages icon.
* This way u can only access ure applications whenever u open or close the flip or close an application, it is not recommended unless u want to replace it with tracker or something.
Anywayz Hope this helps!
