They are charging AED100/£18/$27 to uprade the T68m to i!!! There are no other SP's here so I'm stuck. I am coming to the UK next month, do you think they will be able to do it for free?

OK, on that dealer finder, evertime I click 'Only dealers with a Service Point' & click go, It says 'Address not found'..

So can anyone tell me the SPs in Newcastle- Upon-Tyne or Cambridge?

that's bullsh*t.... both the software on the CD and the manual can be downloaded from

website... just a way for them to get paid for an upgrade which should be free....
