I rang Intercity yesterday and they told me that they won't be doing the upgrade until next week! Apparently they wont have the software till then.

Good news! I rang CPW @ Fort Birm, and they told me they are doing the upgrades! Basically if you can get the phone there before 10.am you can get the phone back the same day! After that time its 24hrs. Oh and you dont need to have bought the phone from CPW!!
