In the connect menu on the t310 when i go to a data account i see quality of service then i see some other settings like delay mean rate ect. What are they for and what are the best settings?

theyre set by each network operator. your phone has to match them to function correctly.

I entered the settings manually myself and those settings are the default sometimes i change the reliability to class5 it came as class 3 but i dont really see much difference
