After many many issues with o2 service being absolute crap, and spending about two hours on hold with no help once the call is finally picked up i wilsh to start serious complaints against o2,
what i need from you guys are points of contact with various governing bodies or watchdogs so that they are forced to take notice and not ignore me anymore.
So what routes do you guys most recommend?

I believe OfTel has now been absorbed into super-watchdog OfCom!
