> Selecting what you Synchronise on P900

Can anyone help me with this please, when synchronising a P900 with a PC that uses MS Outlook XP running on Win XP Pro. Is there any way of selecting the numbers of records you sync with your phone, reason being I have some 2000 records in Outlook contacts mostly organised into categories and the phone I believe will only hold 1000! Heeeeelp!

You can create another folder on your Contacts like "P900", and copy in to it only the contacts you want to sync.
Now go to the "Sync Station Settings" , click on the Contacts Settings button and finally select the Folder you've just created under the "Set Folder" Button.
