> Bad camera in my P900 ?
Bookmark topic
On this image, one can notice two things:
1) Bad focus
2) White lines, that are vertical, are distorted
Anyone have the same sort of problem with the camera ???
(And yes, I have it always on 640*480 and best quality)
The only thing I request is that the 640*480 pixels are used and works - nothing more, nothing less...

Your picture looks the same sort of quality as My P900... I shouldn't worry about it.
I know several people who have SE T610, and the camera quality is way better, despite those being the same resolution.

T610's aren't the same resolution.

The problem I have, and have always had since I got the phone, is a black line running vertically down the centre of all of my photos. Happens about 7 times out of 10 and seems to be affected by what lighting conditions I am in, but its annoying as hell.

@stewart01:
The T610 has rubbish camera quality compared to the P900. Hold the camera steady and get the light right on the P900 and some of the photos i've taken look stunning.
The T610 is grainy and you need an obscene amount of light to get a half decent photo.

I think white lines are appearing on the photo you have posted cuz your P900 is on one side of the glass window in the train and the building you took the picture of is on the other side of the window. Therefore, the reflection on the glass (perhaps from lighting conditions)showing the white lines in the photo.

It does not matter if there is a window or not, take another look at this picture:

Pictures on all our phones are always going to be a little naf as it is still a 'gadget' on the phone.
I still really want someone to use my p900 to take pictures at my wedding if you know what I mean.
The fine lines that are shown can be cleared up with a few 'anti-interlacing' software programs (my fav. Photoshop).
The pics will be bad until the new 1mpix+ cameras come out.
We'll just have to wait for next gen mobiles.
