My clock (the whole phone really) is slowing about 5mins per the hour! Does ne1 know how to change/fix this problem!

On mine i cant change the time...
well i can but i turn the phone off and its changes back...
ive changed it by the gmt bit and by hand. but still it changes back so its an hour forward
