Hello does anyone know how to hard reset a P900 without touchscreen, as of yesterday the touch screen has decided to stop working when I put a new screen protector on. Has anyone come across this ?????? its doing my head in lol

go to control panel. click the jog dial 'towards' you and select 'set groups'. scroll down to master reset and change it to catagory 'device'. hope it works. if not take it to a service centre
