What are the best settings on the Comunicorder to record videos? I noticed that the brighter is the light, the chopier gets the recording?! Did any of you find the magic settings?
The ones that can make your own videos play like the SE's "Hole in one" ?!? (wishfull thinking...)

i dont think that there can be any settings that'll make the video's captured play like the hole in one. i dont even get any videos on the net that would play like that. whenever i make it full screen the video gets distorted, except for the hole in one.

When playing back video the smoothness entirely depends on the codec and compression ratio used to encode the video.
A video thats 320x200 and 176kbps is going to play a lot smoother than a video 320x200 encoded at 344kbps, although the quality will degrade.
The smaller the data stream the more memory and processing power can be devoted to playing it smoothly.

Look around these pages a little and you'll find the P800 P900 Movies thread with over 160 pages of advice and discussion about making movies. There is an excellent Mpegable guide available and one on using Sorensson coming any time soon.
Can't remember if the Golf clip had sound or not as I have deleted it but look at it closely. The file size is high, movement is very limited and it's not quite full screen (black bands either end). Using the Mpegable settings in the tutorial you will get very close to that quality with stereo sound. Sorry, will shoot off to find the link and include it here in a moment.

Maybe I did not make myself clear, and don't wanna be a pain, but what I asked for was, what are the settings to RECORD video with your P900, not how can you encode, modify and playback prerecorded videos.
Anybody has the solution?
