I was excited to see my new issue of Stuff magazine's June 2004 issue. Inside, I was shocked to see this phone, a Motorola E398. I haven't found any other information about it, except what's written, and I'm wondering, when is it coming out? I'm in the U.S. so I thought maybe it might already be out in europe. Anyways, This phone has Bluetooth,2 speakers mounted on top of the case (or so they say)VGA digital camera, 5MB internal, 1GB transflash memory. I think this is a perfect upgrade to my T616. Has anyone else heard of it?

Well, i think there will be problems with the flash, no company produces these cards! This message was posted from a R520

@Payalnik, it's Sandisk TransFlash.. An SD adapter/converter is included in the package so you could squeeze it in MMC/SD readers..

Do you have free GPRS service there at Moscow? Our network has already blocked the Esato WAP site from GPRS.. Too bad..

I dont think there is no 1gb transflash currently. Well, there are three e398 threads active simultaneously :-). This message was posted from a T610

@shyam335, per the mobile-review.com review, they'll release the 1GB card later this year.. So far the largest capacity Transflash I saw is the 128MB card, not really big enough to convince me to upgrade.. I was able to squeeze in 16 normal size MP3s on the 64MB card.. Good enough for travel..

rather than 2 concurrent E398 threads going at the same time lets continue in the more established one
