If I want to take pictures of themes that I have done in my p800... To show them and share them here on Esato???

Do I need to take pictures of the theme with a camera?? Isnt there any way like take screenshot in PC?? when I use print screen in my pc??

Any software or just any simple way that is in the p800 that i have not found??
