what video files does the p900 play - i have a few that i want to put onto my phone but do not know what type of video files are recognised by my p900, m-peg's, and avi's are not allowed? any ideas what i should be converting them to??

Do the search. You need mpegable X4 live for converting to mp4 or the Smartmovie player for watching avis on the phone.

Someone has already told you how to do it, go get smartmovie of mpegablex4. A simple 2 second google search will find either of them for you, however neither are free (i think).
