Bookmark topic
I just got th P900, and when I try to syncronize it with Microsoft Outlook 2003 (connectedto an exchange server), it only syncs about half of all my contacts (I only have about 300 contacts). Please help and advise how to solve this problem

Never had that problem, does it complete then you find it hasnt really work, or does it get halfway through syncing then fail?

Are any of your contacts set to private. Not entirely sure, but I think I read somewhere that contacts set as private do not sync

I have quite a few contacts marked as private in outlook and they sync ok, so I guess that is not the problem here

Maybe have a look at exactly which contacts are not syncing, and see if they have anything in common. Are they using certain data fields etc.
Is it always the same ones that don't work?
And like sheep demon said, does it complete sync or fail?
Also, are all contacts stored in the same folder?

I have had the same problem. The same problem also happens to PPC owners I know. You need to be disconnected from Exchange, using the locally replicated copy on the PC for synchronisation and all works fine.

I know what the problem is.
It´s a problem in Exchange server that makes it inpossible to sync more then 250 objects, you have to do a registry hack to solve the problem (on the server) if you dont want to do that you have to disconnect from the network, open outlook in offline mode and sync.
Look at this info from Microsoft
Event ID 9646 is logged when you try to send many messages in Exchange Server 2003
