i have a t300 which will not connect to fma, when i do try and connect it knows the phone is there but during connection it says building contact structure and waits ages here, it will not go any further than this.
any ideas why?

T300 doesn't support synching (the OBEX thingy) and that's what fma uses to retrieve all the messages, contacts, etc...
About T310, only after a certain firmware version the phone supports synching (the OBEX thingy).
