Hi
I have a P900 and am using vodafone email account to get my emails but some eamils the heading gets downloaded and also the body of the email gets downloaded but when i go to open it the Message program shouts down and the following massage pops up:
Program Messages
Reason code KERN-EXEC
Reason number 3
i have no idea what this means,
please help me to understand this and try to solve this problem.
an example of email that the heading was downloaded and so as the body, is an eamil from handango Re a registration code.

I think this happens when the phone run out of memory (RAM) so try switching off the phone and then restart it and try downlaoding the email again. If it works then download SMAN and always close unwanted applications running in the background. Let us know whether this work
