i bought isms from handango 3 days ago, and on handango said to mail to
support@inside.com to give me 10 free credits and probably a username and password, i can`t see other way to access the service. I mailed them(2 times) and still no reply! Anyone had problems before with them?

yup. I bought iSMS and some credits 2 months ago and never heard back from the iSMS people at all and I'm still waiting for my refund from handango

I had to mail them twice to get my 10 free credits. And after that i bought a 100 credit pack thing, but didnt hear anything when i emailed them about that. I sold my p800 shortly after, so i let it slide

i`ll send them another mail! Why they don`t just reply? they take customers money and that`s all? where is the support? I`ll report them to handango and ask for a refund if the situation remains the same.
damn people! but the app is very nice...
