hello
I always have my ir turned on, but whenever i use a headset for the the phone, the ir automatically turned off, does this happened to anyone out there?

i think it's normal. in my case, when i inserted the computer cable to the phone while IR is active, it gets deactivated.
they probably use the same communication pathway, and only one can be active at a given moment.

It is the same with my MCA-20 camera...it is probably like when i use the buildt in ir on my computer i loose my com2 port

GOwin, thank you for the information, i think you are correct. I still finds it annoying where you have to activate the ir again each time you plug in something. grrrr...
